We know they waited for us, and are thankful for that, but the guide should have left the entrance tickets with the tour representative who was outside the colosseum. That was something doable and even if we were not going to have a guided tour, we would had been able to visit the place. On top of that, that representative was rude. We ended up buying tickets to see the place on our own.”
