“I do not recommend this company. They don't communicate well before the tour. Messages had a rude tone. During the tour, the guide was not good. He kept rushing us, at times clearly annoyed that we would want to stop for photos at the scenic places. If we'd just bought regular tickets, we could have gone at the pace we wanted. He told us we could wait until after the tour to go back through on our own and take photos, but in nearly 100F heat, I don't want to walk through the entire area again with my 4yo, I want to take photos during the private tour I paid…”
