In addition, transportation was included and the driver who didn't speak any English tried to charge us 90 euros. For the price of the tour, the expectation was fairly high. Finally, the tour guide didn't take cues from us on how we wanted to go through the palace. I have booked many Viator tours and have been extremely satisfied. This was not one of them. So much depends on having a good tour guide.”
